Do you own the Guangzhou operation?

No. We work with established China side partners for sourcing, inspection, warehousing, freight and interpreting. You deal with one Nigerian company that coordinates them and keeps you informed.

What identity verification service do you use?

NIN verification runs through Prembly, a licensed Nigerian identity verification provider, only with your consent. We keep a one way hash of the NIN, not the number. It is optional; you can register without it.

How our China side works

ChinaBridge is a Nigerian company working with established China side partners. Depending on the service, this can include sourcing and supplier verification, product inspection, Guangzhou receiving and consolidation, freight and logistics, interpreters, and Canton Fair support.

We do not claim to own every part of this network. You have one Nigerian point of contact. We coordinate the relevant China side partners and keep you informed throughout the process.

We are new. That is worth knowing.

We do not have years of ChinaBridge shipments to show you yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. So start at a level you are comfortable with: a supplier check, a visa support service, a small order, a buyer trip. Let the first job tell you what the next one should be worth.

For sourcing, larger payments follow the agreed process:

Written scope → Supplier check → Quotation → Payment → Inspection → Evidence → Approval where applicable → Shipping

The exact process depends on the service. If something changes, verify it before paying.

What we will not promise

Visa. The Chinese authorities make the decision. We do not guarantee approval.

Suppliers. We verify and inspect to reduce risk. No check guarantees a perfect supplier or every product.

Customs. We coordinate with clearing professionals. Customs decisions remain with the authorities.

Shipping. We coordinate logistics. Transit times can change for reasons outside our control.

We would rather tell you what we can control than promise what we cannot.
