What travelling with the delegation includes
Your visa file prepared and submitted properly, with the appointment booked at the centre in Lagos or Abuja. Your Canton Fair buyer registration, badge and invitation letter. A hotel near Pazhou at a group rate, with the option of sharing a twin room with another Nigerian buyer if that suits your budget. Airport pickup in Guangzhou, arriving together rather than negotiating with a taxi at midnight in a language you do not speak.
In the halls, interpreters work across small groups of buyers, so somebody who speaks Mandarin is beside you at every meeting, writing down prices, MOQs and sample details as you go. On the break days between phases, a factory visit run to Foshan, Dongguan or Shenzhen, which is the part most first time buyers miss entirely. Throughout, a WhatsApp group with the desk on both sides, and a briefing in Lagos before anybody flies, covering the halls, the badge, money, the apps China runs on, and what to ask a supplier.
What it does not include
Flights, the visa centre's own fees, your hotel bill, and what you spend with suppliers. We quote those to you in naira so you see the whole trip in one number before you commit, but they are your costs, not ours to absorb. And no part of this promises a visa. The consulate decides, as it always does.
Why a group is cheaper, and better
The arithmetic is simple. Interpretation, transport and local coordination are the same work whether you are one buyer or six, so dividing them is the single biggest saving available on a Guangzhou trip. The part nobody tells you about is the other benefit: first time buyers do better in company. You compare notes in the evening, you see how another Nigerian trader negotiates, and you do not spend your first morning lost in a hall the size of a neighbourhood.
Places are limited, and the limit is real
Our Guangzhou team can serve twenty five travellers in October without the service thinning out. That is interpreters at a sensible ratio, transport that actually fits, and a hotel block booked in advance. We would rather fill fewer places well than take a hundred deposits and hand people a phone number at the airport.
The harder limit is time. Every traveller needs a visa file prepared, checked and submitted before the session, and that work happens one file at a time in Lagos. Applications close on 30 September because after that there is not enough notice to do it properly, and we will close earlier if the desk fills.
Who this suits
Traders and business owners buying for a real market: Computer Village, Alaba, Ladipo, Balogun, Aba, Onitsha, Trade Fair, or an online shop that has outgrown Nigerian wholesalers. First time travellers especially, because everything that makes a first trip go wrong is what the group structure covers. If you already know Guangzhou and have your own suppliers and interpreter, you probably do not need us, and we will tell you so.
How to apply
Fill in the application on this page. It asks more than a contact form because we use the answers to plan properly: what you buy decides which phase you fly for, your budget decides the hotel and the shortlist, and whether you have registered for the Fair decides what we do first. Everything you send appears in your own dashboard, and a person from the desk replies on WhatsApp, normally the same working day.
Nothing is payable to apply. If we can help, we agree the plan and the figures with you in writing first. The visa file deposit is only discussed once you have said yes to a written plan.
